Who looks after your information

Chadsmoor Bathrooms belongs to Neil Evans, who trades on his own and acts as data controller for anything sent through it. To ask about your data, email hello@chadsmoorbathrooms.co.uk.

What the quote form asks for

Your name, a phone number, your postcode, the kind of bathroom work you’re thinking about and a description of the room. Adding an email address or photos is up to you. There is no tracking or analytics on the site.

What happens after you press send

At the moment the website is not linked to any bathroom business. Until it is, every request is read once and then left unanswered. It is not shared or sold, and it is erased within 30 days. Your details are never used for marketing.

Where your details are stored

The form arrives as an email. Krystal Hosting Ltd runs the server in the UK, and Google’s Gmail holds the emails; neither does anything else with them. Handling a request relies on legitimate interests, because you asked for it.

Your rights over your data

Ask for a copy of the details held on you, for corrections, or for early erasure. Write to hello@chadsmoorbathrooms.co.uk; you will have an answer within a month. If something has gone wrong, the ICO (the UK regulator for personal data) takes complaints through ico.org.uk.
